In June 2009 Lizzie graduated with a 2:1 BA(Hons) in Video Production with Film Studies at Thames Valley University. Throughout the 3 year degree Lizzie took on the role of Producer on all student productions; this is how she learnt exceptional organisational skills and gained confidence within herself to complete a wide range of tasks on schedule and to budget – both financially and in human resources terms.
Since graduating Lizzie has worked freelance for various production companies, including a stint at 3angrymen where she produced the short film ‘Front Window’, and Jam were she build up on her office skills over a three month period. Currently, Lizzie is working a six month contract with Perform, where she is co-ordinating outside broadcast events both nationally and internationally.
Lizzie is a hard working, very enthusiastic, outgoing individual, who thrives under pressure. She has had experience working on productions, both in office and on set/location, and is used to organising these from pre to post, where she has gained a good understanding and knowledge of the whole process.
As expected, Lizzie is willing to work her way up through the ranks: to fulfil her ambition of Production Management in the future. Lizzie is willing to take on any role which will help her reach her goal, and undoubtably will work to her best to achieve something that she has wanted for many years.
